Izaak Walton League Park - This annual event dates back over 200 years when the colonists traded with local American Indians. Today it is Dog show and sale.

Fredericksburg Dog Festival
Fredericksburg is going to the dogs, well at least on this day. There is a large dog parade where the dogs and their human friends parade down the streets of Old Town. This is all followed by dozens of events and contest involving the dogs and their human friends. Held at Hurkamp park.
